Thomas has worked in the information technology sector throughout his career, helped corporations globally turning business requirements into IT solutions, established global IT delivery concepts, implemented local and global audit and compliance programs and integrated local IT service delivery hubs into a global "one team" organization. Thomas has in-depth experience of the ITIL framework, and besides being a board member and founder of Gratia, Inc., is responsible for the operational side of the business. He earned his degree in Business Management in Europe.
Brian has earned his BA, Computer Science at the Anderson University and worked in the IT sector throughout his career, helped many corporations with aligning IT delivery with business needs and educating IT departments about the latest and greatest technologies available in the market.
